Sono esaurito.
Ho un'azienda che ha installato il 3cx.
Abbiamo un router adb con fibra.
Il problema è che durante le conversazioni le chiamate cadono oppure la voce va in down per poi comparire magicamente dopo X tempo.
Nella peggiore delle ipotesi bisogna staccare e richiamare.

Ho settato le porte
Tcp-> 5060 entrata ed uscita
Tcp/udp -> 9000 a 9049

Non so se ho attivato il SIP ALG perché all interno delle configurazioni del router entro da utente e non da amministratore.
Aiutatemi a risolvere vi prego

Da poco l'azienda ha stipulato un contratto fibra con YOU CALL.
Telefonano però attraverso il client sul loro pc con cuffia e tramite numero voip CLOUDITALIA

la porta SIP la devi aprire TCP e UDP (non solo TCP) e il range delle porte, sulla 15.5 SP6 è 9000-10999

non so dirti....dovresti sentire il supporto del vendor del modem.
Io eventualmente proverei a modificare la porta SIP del centralino, ad esempio impostando la 5065.
Tantissimi modem/router hanno servizi a bordo che interferiscono con questa porta

tipo avevo letto del SIP ALG che però non riesco a disattivare dalla pagina del modem perché ci accedo come utente e non come admin. Dovrei sentire il gestore e nel caso ci fosse qualche servizio che fa interferenza me lo faccio disattivare.
In caso negativo dovrei impostare un'altra porta ma, e lo chiedo per favore, dovrei capire come si fa.
Basterebbe sostituire la 5060 iniziale e finale con la 5065?

cambiare la porta SIP è possibile solo in fase di installazione, quindi devi fare un backup, rimuovi, reinstalli e ripristini il backup, scegliendo però questa volta una porta diversa.
Anch'io a casa avevo una situazione identica alla tua (modem/router Fastweb SENZA serivizi voce, linea dati, teoricamente, pura) e avevo continue de-registrazioni, anche se il fw check era superato. Passato a 5065, tutto "magicamente" sparito

Buongiorno, altro problema segnalatomi: due colleghi parlano al centralino dallo stesso punto (chiamate diverse) ad uno cade la linea durante la conversazione, l'altro continua ad essere in chiamata.
Se dovesse essere un problema di porte dovrebbero cadere entrambe?
Inoltre ho registrato un account e con la loro stessa configurazione e numero di telefono io, da un'altra zona (ho provato casa mia), parlo perfettamente senza disturbi.
Potrebbe essere un problema di linea dati? Da loro ho fatto dei test e la linea risulta sempre viaggiare sui 80/90.
Hanno un router adb collegato ad un hub tp-link: in una sola stanza sono collegati alla rete 10 macchine al primo piano e 4/5 al secondo.
Spero di essere entrato ancora più nello specifico

scusate se mi aggancio a questa indicazione.

E' confermato tutt'ora che con l'attuale ultima versione ufficiale l'unico modo per cambiare la porta 5060 originaria è reinstallare? Devo infatti agganciare alla rete una nuova connessione Fastweb dove la porta 5060 è già impiegata dal sistema interno del modem per la linea che mi forniscono. Premetto che nel mio caso si parla di una installazione Debian virtualizzata.

Leggevo inoltre che dovendo reinstallare, è possibile eseguire poi il restore della configurazione solo dopo aver depositato il backup nella cartella di sistema preposta. Diversamente, vedendo identificata una macchina diversa non è possibile eseguire il restore stesso.

Potete fornirmi indicazioni ulteriori in merito?
