Buonasera a tutti, nonostante abbia attestato il centralino su ip statico e effettuato il forward di tutte le porte indicate nel manuale 3cx continuo ad avere problemi con il firewall. Questo lo scenario:

centralino 3cx --> router archer_d20-->modem technicolor fibra telecom
192.168.200.250 --> 192.168.200.1 --> 192.168.1.1 --> ip_pubblico_telecom

Sul router archer_d20 sono impostate tutte le regole di port forwading

Confido in un vostro supporto e preciso che riesco tranquillamente ad effettuare e ricevere chiamate sia da trunk ata che da trunk voip, come fornitore di servizi voip ho voipvoice - messagenet - clouditalia.

Sporadicamente però capita dalle linee voip di voipvoice e clouditalia che la voce va a singhiozzo e poi perchè è randomatico non riesco a stabilire il perchè del problema, sarebbe per me stato più realistico il ... o funziona o non funziona. Oggi ho anche sentito telecom che a pagamento, mi ha aperto la porta 5060 lato centrale e ha creato una regola di routing sul techicolor che ruota tutto il traffico in entrata e in uscita dalla 5060 avente ip 192.168.1.1 su 192.168.200.250

Ciao leggendo il tuo post c'è qualcosa che non va.

Secondo me è un problema di malconfigurazione del router Archer D20, non capisco perchè hai messo questo router collegato all'altro.
Se ti occorrono le linee voip direttamente c'è una procedura per estrapolare i dati e inserire direttamente i paramatri nel centralino, così togli quel cesso di router di TIM.
Non capisco come fai direttamente dal Router Tim Technicolor a reindirizzare il traffico sul centralino che ha un Ip diverso e poi in mezzo hai un router Archer_D20.
Il centralino su che sistema lo hai installato sotto windows o Linux?
Nel primo caso potrebbe essere il firewall di windows che ti da problemi se anche mettendo tutto a posto non ottieni i risultati sperati devi andare a controllare la configurazione del tuo Router Archer d20.
Nel 99% dei casi il problema è dovuto alla malcofigurazione del tuo firewall.

provo a rispondere alle tue domande step by step:

r: perchè avevo esigenza di tirar su una vpn lan to lan e con il technicolor non era possibile creare una regola di tipo "Static Routing" in sostanza non potevo dire al router telecom per raggiungere la rete 192.168.20.x invia tutti i pacchetti a 192.168.10.x e non potendo acquistare un altro router perchè l'azienda non ha disposto budget, tra virgolette sono stato costretto;

r: il router tim è in dmz sull'ip dell' archer_d20;

Non riesco a risolvere e la cosa assurda e che tranne giornate particolari, tutto funziona, ossia ricevo ed effettuo correttamente le chiamate, ormai sto per perdere le speranze, mi sa che non riuscirò mai a risolvere.
L'archer_D20 redirige correttamente tutte le porte siano esse tcp e/o udp verso l'ip del centralino, la configurazione è stata eseguita seguendo la guida al firewall presente sul sito 3cx

Il modem Tim ti permette di avere due indirizzi ip su internet uno in modalità Routed e uno in modalità bridge.
