3CX Notification: SSL Certificate Renewal Failed

Buongiorno,
purtroppo non riesco a venirne a capo, per diversi mesi l'installazione non ha dato nessun tipo di problema, adesso da qualche settimana
ricevo questo Alert e non saprei più dove intervenire
Si accettano suggerimenti

ho capito, ma ti chiedevo lo stato di aggiornamento del centralino (build 3CX)...le versioni più vecchie non riescono a comunicare con l'ERP 3CX e di conseguenza falliscono il rinnovo

mi puoi per cortesia dire il numero completo della build che trovi sulla Dashboard > pannello Informazioni > Licenza ?

puoi anche lanciare il firewall check?
