Aiuto Firewall

Salve sono Andrea
sto provando da qualche settimana il vostro centralino software 3cx presso un paio di clienti .

Dal primo, configurando il router adsl D-link 504 ( firewall e porte ) sono riuscito a far funzionare tutto subito , compreso il test firewall nel software 3cx .

Nel secondo invece , dove c'è un firewall d-link dfl-200, nonostante tutte le prove e configurazioni non riesco nè a ricevere/effettuare telefonate, nè ad avere un esito positivo nel test . Ottengo sempre i seguenti errori

-l server STUN ha ritornato un indirizzo IP che non è accessibile da fuori.
-E' stata rilevata una incompatibile configurazione del NAT.
-La porta locale non è bloccata dall'esterno. Il server STUN ha restituito una porta globale diversa da quella locale, ma la porta locale è accessibile anche dall'esterno.
-La porta è aperta, ma il numero della porta è stato cambiato.

Da quanto ho capito ci dovrebbe essere qualcosa che non va sulla config. nat , che però nel dfl-200 posso
solo disabilitare o lasciarlo abilitato come many-to-one NAT .

Se avete qualche consiglio o aiuto , vi sarei molto grato.
