Come in precedente post, abbiamo risolto con fastweb con NAT 1-1 e mettendo le regole sul nostro frewall (sophos).
Detto questo, gli interni che operano da esterni( scusate il gioco di parole) sono ritornati raggiungibili, il test del firewall da però esito negativo su alcuni punti:
detecting SIP ALG... detected (sent a86fb559 ≠ 15d61f35)
testing 3CX Media Server... failed
e stranamente sulla porta 5090 testing port 9000... full cone test failed
la regola che la gestisce e la stessa per l 'intervallo 9000 9010

• testing port 9004... done
• testing port 9006... done
• testing port 9008... done

hai il SIP ALG attivo sul router, evidentemente, e poi, se ho compreso la tua configurazione di rete descritta nell'altro post, stai facendo un doppio NAT, cosa che dà sempre molti problemi con il VoIP.

Se utilizzerai le porte "analogiche" di un router fastweb, allora probabilmente vai bene così, ma se intendi usare provider voip via Internet dovrai modificare qualcosa

Siamo nella stessa identica situazione

ho un FW Sophos

premetto che ho disabilitato il modulo SIP sul FW console> system system_modules sip unload
