Codici modifica stato interno: *30,*31, etc : not registered

Da qualche giorno non riesco più ad impostare lo stato dell'interno attraverso i dial code relativi:
*30 = Disponibile, *31 = Uscito, *32 = Fuori ufficio, etc...

Digitando i codici sul telefono , si riceve subito il "Call Ended" con il tono di occupato.

Analizzando il log del server rilevo questo:

Sapete quale potrebbe essere il problema ?

Is this a licensed version of a free version?

Do all dial code system extensions (starting with *) show ans unregistered?

It's a licensed Version (SB).

i did not tried all dial code but i'm sure that queue dial codes Works normally.
