Fanvil Firmware 2.4.11

Aggiornando i vari telefoni mi sono accorto che tutti i Fanvil X5S di tutti i centralini hanno questo problema:





Ho controllato le funzionalità dei telefoni e sembrano funzionare correttamente. Sono solo un po' più lenti del solito ed infatti un cliente me l'ha fatto presente.
Ho già provato a resettarne uno ma senza successo. La stessa versione l'ho anche su X5U, X6U, X6, X7 e non hanno memoria esaurita, nè RAM, nè ROM.
E' un problema noto di questo firmware? E' previsto un fix?

Version 2.4.11 was released by 3CX. Fanvil support is stopped at version 2.2.11.
Should I ask Fanvil even if 3CX has released these firmware?

I asked our interop team on that one and we haven't come accross such issue with our test devices.
As the firmware is provided by the vendor in any case (even if not publically available on their website) please reach their support about this - perhaps they will need you to gather some local traces to find out more.

The Interop reached Fanvil who said you should compare this with the phone display (cf. screenshot) and see if it shows enough ram there. If so, then there is no real problem, the web UI is probably displaying wrong information which is something they will look into for a future release.
