FAX e XP

sto provando a mandare un fax con 3cx e xp è sempre fermo su inizzalizzazione in corso
 
probabilmente non hai configurato il server e personalizzato i template fax in maniera corretta (caso 1) oppure non hai configurato correttamente il server fax di windows (caso 2) oppure stai utilizzando un account eutelia su cui il T38 non è abilitato (caso 3).
In tutti è tre i casi avresti problemi di questo tipo.
Per capire il reale problema, dopo aver ricontrollato la configurazione dovresti fare una cattura con wireshark di quello che accade tra 3CX e l'account Eutelia. Da li vedresti esattamente dove sta l'errore. Purtroppo l'operazione pur non essendo complicatissima richiede un po' di esperienza....
 
mi pare di aver letto la guida indicata in altro post, a quale template ti riferisci? faxclb o in_session?
il servizio fax su xp è attivo nella guida riportata qui https://www.3cx.it/voip-sip/windows-xp-fax-client.php dice di condividere il fax ma questa operazione è impossibile in Xp.
devo creare una regola su 3cx per inviare i fax con un numero appositamente configurato?

adesso vedo se riesco a fare qualcosa con wireshark
 
con xp il fax non è condivisibile. Io credo ci sia qualche errore nella modifica dei file indicati nel wiki come da post precedente. fai come ha detto eurylink, dovresti facilmente risolvere.
 
non conosco il programma ma mi segnala in continuazione un errore sip 401 unautorized (client error sip 4xx)
 
dovresti incollare tutto il log....da solo dice poco
 
devo abilitare al controllo solo le porte UDP ?

nel fax server mi sembra che a parte l'indirizzo locale della scheda di rete non ci sia nente altro da configurare,

P.S.: non utilizzo linee analogiche. La porta 10000 come da wiki, l'hai girata, vero?
 
il wiki ormai lo conosco a memoria, la 10000 è aperta anzi spalancata :P
