Prima configurazione - qualche problemino

Salve a tutti,

ho appena provato a configurare il centralino 3CX ma dopo aver guardato il manuale e vari post c'è qualche problema che proprio non riesco a capire come poter risolvere.
La mia configurazione è la seguente:
3CX phone system versione 8.0.10824.716 (per il momento installato su un pc con win7 ma vorrei provarlo su un server virtuale con win server 2008)
provider Skype for SIP beta attualmente con 1 linea + numero skypein associato.
router Linksys wag120n (non l'ho trovato tra la lista dei compatibili ma sembra che abbia tutto quello che serve) - con aperte le porte 5060,5090,9000-9049,10000,8000-8010,3478 e Qos abilitato per la porta 5060.
Telefoni sw 3cx phone ver 4.0.11015.0

Riesco a chiamare correttamente dai telefoni 3cx phone verso l'esterno. (anche se qualche volta il chiamato dice di non sentirmi molto bene e devo richiamarlo con il telefono tradizionale - questo potrebbe dipendere da skype? o da cos'altro?)

Il problema principale è che se chiamo il numero telefonico skypein associato dopo 2 squilli cade la linea.
inoltre quando tento di chiamare un numero da outlook funziona correttamente ma per trasferire la chiamata al telefoni 3cx ci mette diversi secondi.
di seguito il log che viene riportato quando tento di chiamare dall'esterno verso il 3cx.

Dove sbaglio? ho tralasciato qualcosa di importante sicuramente.
