Prob. Avvio Servizio 3cx Linux

Buongiorno da ieri ci stiamo imbattendo con questo problema
il servizio 3cx non vuole saperne di avviarsi, pensavamo di aver individuato il problema con l'esaurimento dello spazio disponibile sul disco, ma nonostante ora abbiamo liberato dello spazio il sistema non si avvia e segnala errori.
nel journalctl -xe trovo questi errori che vi allego.
qualcuno pratico di Debian sa come supportarmi?

Ciao, hai un backup?
Probabilmente si è corrotta l'installazione di 3CX. Io controllerei l'integrità del disco con

fsck /dev/unitàdisco

Poi rimozione completa di 3CX:

apt-get purge 3cxpbx
apt-get update
apt-get autoremove

e reinstallazione di 3cx con ripristino del backup

apt-get install 3cxpbx

Ho paura di non averlo disponibile il Backup.
ho provato a fare un check dell'integrità ma non va a buon fine in quanto segnala che il disco è "montato"
immagino a tal proposito che prima vada "smontato" giusto?

scusatemi ma io su Debian sono meno di un principiante

Hi,
If those services are not running I suspect an issue with your database.
You can check if the DB is running with command: top -u postgres
and you should see multiple threads of the process listed, is that the case?

Ok and if you run command to list our processes: top -u phonesystem
what do you see?

That's not a good sign if our user is missing, had you an update/upgrade ongoing when issue occured?
if you run
cd /var/lib/3cxpbx
and
ls -alt
what do you see?

No I didn't have any updates in progress that I had launched.
the strange thing that if I point to cd /var /lib I don't find any 3cxpbx folder, as if it were not installed.

Not sure what happened to that machine but with 3cx folder completely missing and just the DB running there's very few chance of recovering anything.
don't you have any 3cx backup or snapshot of that machine available?
