Salve a tutti ho letto spesso questo forum per risolvere vari problemi che mi si sono presentati con 3cx, ho sempre trovato la soluzione adeguata ma questa volta no, vi espongo il mio problema, ho un gxw 4004 con 3 linee analogiche (borchia isdn con uscite analogiche) e un centralino 3cx con una ventina d'interni, il centralino funziona correttamente invia e riceve chiamate su tutte le linee, l'unico problema (fastidio) che mi si presenta è questo, quando ricevo una chiamata da una delle linee analogiche e uno qualsiasi degli interni risponde alla chiamata, gli altri telefoni squillano ancora per qualche secondo, dando l'impressione che ci sia un'altra chiamata in arrivo (falso), questo crea dei fastidi agli utenti che essendo in due sedi diverse (collegate via ponte radio) non si rendono conto se hanno preso la chiamata dall'altra sede o no. La cosa che ho notato è che nella sezione Stato porte/tronchi (del menagement 3cx) vedo le 4 linee del gxw4004 (3 solo in uso) configurate come 10000, 10001, 10002 e 10003, quando entra una chiamata esempio sulla prima linea 10000 giustamente diventa arancione e segnalando la chiamata in entrata, appena qualcuno risponde mi appare per qualche secondo un doppione della linea 10000 che segnala la stessa chiamata entrante. La verisone del 3cx è la 7.1.7139.0 MINIEDITION, qualche consiglio su come risolvere il problema??
