problemi connessione tra estensioniinterne

ciao, ormai mi sto demoralizzando, ho scritto diverse volte sul forum, sto cercando di imparare il sistema ma senza un aiutino non ce la faccio.
Avevo provato con la versione 6 e le chiamate interne funzionavano ma da fuori non arrivava l'audio, ora ho rifatto tutto cambiando macchina (so che alcune macchine hanno servizi attivi che possono usare porte necessarie al 3cx) con la versione 7 nuova ma non mi funzionano nemmeno le estensioni interne.

Sul pc server (xp home) houna licenza free
ho installato 2 client su altri 2 pc sempre win xp home, in tutti e 3 ho disattivato il firewall di windws.
Ho un gateway patton 4112jo collegato alla linea telefonica, i pc invece sono su lan collegati a tiscali adsl tramite router netgear che fa da firewall.

Ho 2 estensioni registrate, se da una chiamo l'altra dal chiamante suona ma dal ricevente non succede nulla

Per gli interni remoti ti consiglio di usare il client software in abbinamento al tunnel 3cx. In alternativa se vuoi utilizzare i telefoni sip in remoto dovresti utilizzare una VPN (gli snom integrano già in client OpenVPN) ed appoggiare il traffico voce su questa ultima. Il problema che segnali è dovuto al fatto che stai probabilmente cercando di utilizzare il telefono direttamente e riscontri un problema di NAT o di indirizzamento delle porte. In ogni caso l'interno remoto con 3cx dovrebbe sempre appoggiarsi su un Tunnel dedicato oppure su una VPN.

potrei capire il problema se fosse remoto, infatti vedo che uno dei pc interessati è marcato sip id@ipesterno ma io parlavo di test fatti con 1 server e 2 client che si chiamano tutti sulla stessa rete, purtroppo sono ancora fermo alle basi!
mi spiace perche vorrei investirci in questo software ma se non riesco a far funzionare le basi facico fatica a pensare di usarlo per progetti piu grandi.

quindi, visti i log qui sopra, secondo voi cosa devo cambiare nella config del server, dei client software (per ora non ho telefoni lan o usb) o del router (netgear) con il quale mi collego ad internet?

ti conviene secondo me provare innanizutto a risolvere i problemi in Locale,
in remoto ho faticato molto pure io,
seconda cosa non usa dei sw phone ma se puoi dei terminali Ip,
in locale devono per forza registrarsi,firewall e limiti vari che da qui
non posso vedere,spesso sono fesserie............pswd sbagliata,il assegnato non corretto......
Se registri dei Provider occhio ala Porta SIP,a volte (esempio Messagenet) è la 5060.
Non meno importante è lo Stun..... con Eutelia gente ha passato nottate
per farlo funzionare :P
Ultima csa forwarda correttamente le porte del Router , a tal proposito i Forum sono
pieni di indicazioni.... prima ancora scarica il manuale in italiano ...... e divertiti.

grazie eurilink e damiano, purtroppo (e da qui viene il mio sconforto)
-tutti i manuali gia scaricvati e letti, cosi come le varie indicazioni sul forum italico ed inglese
-i client software si registrano correttamente sul server (lo vedo registrato-idle sia sul server che sul singolo client)
-porte sul router mappate, ma qui mi sa che risiede il problema anche se le comunnicazioni tra 2 estensioni sulla stessa lan del server non dovrebbero usarlo, mi viene il dubbbio che sia lo stun che fa casini...i log che vi ho postato sopra non possono essere utili?

altra cosa, forse devo fare una regola per instradare le chiamate locali direttametne al server senza passare dal gateway patton o uscire dal router in cerca dello stun esterno?
il mio uso finale sarebbe come centralino softwar interno su lan che intercetta le chiamate da rete normale, non ho intenzione di aggiungere voip vari in uscita.
Mi pare, se ho capito bene, che il setup del firewall a sto punto serva solo epr le chiamate da fuori a dentro e viceversa, dove lo stun deve assegnare al pacchetto di chiamata l'ip dinamico della mia rete, ho capito bene?

Mi interessa capire:
-come eliminare i warning che ho nel test del firewall (ho provato varie config del netgear ma mi da sempre quel risultato, se qualcuno sapesse come settarlo sarebbe splendido)
-come risolvere il fatto che il client pur registrato sul server non riesce a ricevere una risposta da questo (come da log di wireshark registrato sul server)

PS: la versione 6 mi funzionava meglio nel senso che dentro parlavo e sentivo perfettamente, con i gruppoi di chiamata, le voicemail ecc tutto funzionante, poi da fuori non riuscivo a chiamare (provato mille config per il patton ma qui non ho ancora capito se era un siolito problema di fireall o diconfig del patton)
