Hello everyone, I have a 3CX system that has been running for years (currently V18, but I’m about to upgrade to V20).
I recently added 4 Snom D713 phones and updated the firmware.
PROBLEM: The phones are configured and registered correctly (added manually) and can call other internal phones without issues.
However, for external calls, both incoming and outgoing, there is no sound; the phone rings, but when answered, the line is silent. The trunk is configured with a Patton. The other phones in the system are Yealink and work correctly.
Any suggestions?
