Domanda banale ma mi serve una conferma : nella numerazione a 3 cifre devo evitare gli interni 112-113-114-115-116-117-118 e quelli 328- 335 -ecc. perche' altrimenti la linea pensa che chiamo i cellulari (oppure gli inreni e mi impedisce di chiamare i cellulari) e la polizia. e' giusto? cosi' come nella numerazione a due cifre l'11 , 32 , 33 , 34 giusto ? grazie
 
dipende dalle regole che userai per instradare le chiamate esterne. Ad esempio se userai il prefisso 0 per tutte le chamate in uscita potrai poi definire regole per chiamate urbane per esempio con "00" e per chiamate cellulari con "03", se invece diversamente non vuoi utilizzare prefissi per le numerazioni in uscita ma vuoi semplicemente comporre il numero per chiamare questo ti provocherà problemi con gli interni ovviamente. Tuttavia potresti considerare di utilizzare una numerazione diversa per gli interni, ad es. 401, 402, etc... oppure 501, 502, etc...

L'unica numerazione rimasta per le emergenze, a seguito dell'unificazione dei servizi di emergenza è il 112.
Le numerazioni di emergenza andrebbero peraltro configurate nell'apposita area prevista.
Non c'è conflitto alcuno con le numerazioni che iniziano per 3.
Gli interni in 3CX vengono intercettati prima di scansionare le regole di uscita e dunque non può esservi conflitto.
Buona regola in Italia è di utilizzare la numerazione interni a partire da 200.
Se si utilizza numerazione a base 100 si parte in genere dal 120.
Comunque con i centralini IP, specie se si vuole evitare problemi (es. composizione del 187 e del 191) e si vuole abbandonare la vecchia (e inutile) abitudine di anteporre prefissi per uscire, meglio utilizzare numerazioni a base 200, 300, 400...
 
a seguito di sostituzione centralino non mi e' possibile usare numerazione di partenza diversa da 100 .

che soluzione posso adottare?

pensavo di levare il 112 dai numeri di emergenza e creare un interno che forwarda con regole office sue verso il vero 112.
 
Non servono regole. Basta inserire il numero di emergenza nell'apposita area delle impostazioni.
 
non basta, se chiamo il 112 mi dice "unregistered" nonostante sia un emergency group con regola outbound creata in automatico.

stesso errore che ricevo se chiamo una ext non esistente

Questi non sono errori, solamente informazioni log per una richiesta di chiamata.

e mi sembra che tratti il 112 come interno

p.s. se una extension con le chiamate esterne disabilitate tentasse di fare il 112 verrebbe bloccato ?
