3cx e fastweb

Buongiorno, oggi è venuto ll tecnico fastweb per la migrazione da telecom, siamo passati da 6 a 150mb, detto questo, il tecnico ha dettato al centro assistenza le porte da aprire per il 3cx , cosi come configurate sul router telecom, il risultato è che il dominio 3cx a cui facciamo riferimento non è raggiungibile, il test firewall del 3cx non passa, gli interni fuori dalla rete fon funzionano.
mi date un aiuto ?!?!?!?

hai passato il centralino su "IP dinamico" e riavviato i servizi? Impostazioni > Rete > IP dinamico e lascialo così fino a quando non vedrai nuovamente raggiungibile l'FQDN dall'esterno (possono volerci anche alcune ore, ti avverto)

Buongiorno Marcello la situazione è la seguente: questa mattina da indirizzo interno alla rete riesco ad accedere alla console del 3cx, sul centralino vedo un indirizzo 93.36.xxx.yyy che il tecnico fastweb dice essere quello nostro interno, quello pubblico è xxx.47.xxx.yyy, i terminali esterni continuano a non funzionare, che faccio provo a togliere l'ip dinamico e metto quello fisso ? il test del firewall è sempre negativo

i terminali android fuori dalla lan aziendale sono in perenne "CONNECTING" se li chiamo suonano, ma non passa l'audio ne ricevuto ne trasmesso, la tastiera è bloccata. FQDN da fuori non è raggiungibile, da fastweb dicono che per loro è tutto ok e che non possono fare niente, io so solo che ieri funzionava tutto oggi è un problema

Aggiornamento: ho reinstallato il 3cx, cambiato la porta di default a 5065, adesso il centralino è raggiungibile dall'esterno sull' FQDN, gli interni ancora non funzionano...... ci lavorerò lunedi

soluzione proposta da fastweb: XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX /24 ip rete xxx.0.0.1 gateway, XXX.0.0.XXX ip privato su cui configurare il NAT 1-1 con nostro IP pubblico, quindi in cascata il nostro firewall che gestisce la rete

mi fa molto piacere.
Non essendo fastweb un voipprovider supportato, se avessi voglia di decrivere quì la tua configurazione in modo da poter essere di aiuto ad altri membri della community, te ne sarei grato.

praticamente è quella riportata sopra, ma la ribadisco con piacere, il nostro centralino prevede due numeri BRI con ricerca automatica ed un numero VOIP messagenet, inoltre utilizziamo le app android quando i tecnici sono fuori per interventi.
I sip trunk li abbiamo riportati da telecom senza cambiare niente e funzionano egregiamente su interfaccia patton 4554, nella rete interna abbiamo telefoni snom 300, 320 360.

La rete è cosi configurata:
lato fastweb indirizzi ip interni 10.x.x.x , gateway 10.x.x.x, 10.x.x.xxx indirizzo ip privato su cui abbiamo fatto configurare il NAT 1-1 con il nostro IP Pubblico.

L'interfaccia wan del nostro firewall è sull'ip privato 10.x.x.xxx su cui fastweb gestisce il NAT 1-1
la rete interna è configurata in maniera classica 192.xxx.xxx.xxx il gateway è 192.xxx.xxx.1
