nel blog v11 Release Candidate è riportato:

Minimum Requirement
Windows XP will not be supported in the final release of 3CX Phone System Version 11. If you use Windows XP, we highly recommend that you upgrade to Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 / 2008 R2 editions. For a full list of supported Windows operating systems, click here.

Oggi, nel manuale della v11 ufficiale trovo:

System requirements
3CX Phone System for Windows requires the following:
 Windows XP Pro SP3, Windows 7(Pro or Ultimate), Windows Server 2003 SP2, Windows
Server 2008 or Windows Server 2008 R2

Qualcuno ha notizie precise in merito?

io l'ho installato su win xp sp3 senza problemi

Il fatto che non sia più supportato non significa che non funzioni (un po' come avviene per i telefoni ed i gateway) ma personalmente passerei il prima possibile ad una soluzione Windows 7 soprattutto per evitare problemi con i futuri aggiornamenti.
