Adesso però ho un'altro problema. Si registra, riesco a telefonare ma Squillo non squilla, non ricevo chiamate.
Da che parte mi faccio?

Ovviamente hai attivato sulla linea il flag "consenti chiamate in entrata" ?

Non so come sia con Fastweb, ma se non hai potuto fare nessun settaggio non so come facciano le porte ad essere configurate in modo corretto...
Ci vuole qualche utente Fastweb per svelare l'arcano.
 
Ho rifatto il test del Firewall con il servizio di 3CX e sembra tutto ok a parta una cosa poco rilevanto, almeno credo. Allego il log.

Mi sorge una domanda: se configuro l'instradamento dalla schermata del Provider SIP che instradi tutte le chiamate verso un interno, devo per forza anche creare una regola in entrata aggiuntiva? Penso di no vero?

Se non ricevo le chiamate per logica il problema è che NGI non riesce a contattarmi, quindi come teoria è un problema di firewall. Premetto (forse lo dovevo dire prima) che 3cx è installato su un server SBS 2003 Premium al quale ho "tolto" ISA, quindi il firewall sw è solo quello base.
 
Confermo che non devi creare una regola in ingresso.
Per escludere il dubbio del firewall sul server prova a disabilitarlo del tutto e vedi se funziona.
So che ci sono dei problemi di qualche tipo con SBS (anche se io ne ho qualcuno installato su SBS e funzionano regolarmente... sarò stato fortunato).
Non so quali siano gli accorgimenti da prendere con SBS non avendo, appunto, mai avuto problemi.
Se chiami Squillo, nel log del server si registra qualcosa o il nulla più totale?
 
Il nulla più totale. Nel DID del Provide SIP ho messo la URI numerica, la URI alfanumerica, il numero geografico... ma niente da fare.
