App smartphone non notificano più chiamate

Buongiorno,

siamo un'azienda con una trentina di interni, utilizziamo alternativamente, e sulla base di varie esigenze, le app di Windows per rispondere da PC, il webclient e anche le app per smartphone.

Da stamattina le app smartphone non stanno più notificando le chiamate in entrata, sia iOs che Android.

Abbiamo la versione 16.0.619, e tutte le notifiche abilitate in tutti i telefoni. Utilizziamo un trunk Clouditalia che utilizziamo per le chiamate in entrata e abbiamo configurato un Grandstream GXW-4104 con Vodafone per le chiamate in uscita. Da app per Windows su PC funziona tutto egregiamente, non da smartphone.

se hai Vodafone, immagino tu abbia il centralino in rete locale.
Il blocco contemporaneo dei segnali di push per entrambe le piattaforme (iOS e Android) mi fa pensare a un problema di uscita del centralino verso Internet, a prima vista.
Se sei in WiFi locale con il centralino, le app suonano?

In ogni caso un troubleshooting completo non può che passare attraverso un ticket ufficiale. Dovreste coinvolgere il vostro partner 3CX di riferimento

Abbiamo Windows Server 2019 Standard.

Le app non vanno nè in wi-fi (collegando in alla rete locale) nè utilizzando il 4G (che abbiamo abilitato tramite aperture porte sul router fibra tempo fa). La cosa strana è che arriva la notifica di chiamata persa, ma non quella di chiamata in corso.

Non abbiamo cambiato niente nè alla rete nè al software, tanto è vero che le app per i client windows funzionano perfettamente.

Ho già contattato il partner di riferimento, ma mi affido anche alla vostra esperienza, magari avete un'idea che mi può fare risolvere il problema.

Attendo un qualunque vostro aiuto.

No, avevo già provato, neanche con l'app aperta viene notificata la chiamata

Ho fatto un test firewall ed è uscito questo errore:

credo sia collegato al problema ma non saprei come risolvere, avete idee?
 
se stai usando il centralino dietro connettività Vodafone, devi impostare una porta diversa dalla 5060, quella la usa Vodafone per servizi suoi

Chiedo scusa, ma fino a venerdì è andato tutto bene, oggi all'improvviso ci sono questi problemi? E che porta dovrei utilizzare?
 
sicuramente l'errore sulla porta non dipende dall'aggiornamento del centralino, di questo puoi stare tranquillo: è qualcosa che riguarda il router e l'accesso ad Internet.
In generale, per tutte le connettività con a bordo servizi voce l'uso della porta 5060 è sconsigliato perchè è una porta che viene utilizzata dagli operatori stessi.

Non l'ha mai dato prima, e c'è solo quell'errore, tutti gli altri test sono in con stato "done" verde. Che porta devo utilizzare e come configurarla dal pannello di 3cx? Devo poi riapproviggionare tutti i client smartphone?

continuano i problemi al centralino. Stamattina mi sono accorto che non partono i messaggi personalizzati se si chiama fuori orario d'ufficio, ma cade subito la linea, come se fosse settata la fine chiamata. Può essere legato al problema descritto ieri?

Come vedete l'unico problema è sempre legato alla porta 5060. Come posso risolvere? Mi potete dare dettagli?

In teoria non vedo come gli errori sulla porta 5060 possano interferire sugli orari di ufficio, comunque.
Ti consiglio di rivolgerti ad il tuo partner 3CX di riferimento che avrà modo di aprire un ticket sul supporto ufficiale attaverso cui potremo rivedere la configurazione ed analizzare i logs.

Ti chiedo solo un'ultima cosa: su che ambiente hai installato il centralino? Windows (e che versione) o Linux? e macchina fisica o virtuale (e che ambiente di virtualizzazione)?

Confermo quanto detto, a questo punto: è necessaria l'apertura di un ticket per poter approfondire, perchè all'apparenza è tutto in ordine
