Audio "spezzettato"

Salve a tutti,
ho un problema con il mio centralino 3CX.
Il problema riguarda le chiamate in ingresso e non quelle in uscita, quando ricevo una chiamata infatti l' audio è spezzettato, a tratti insomma.
Sembrerebbe un problema di porte ma perchè in uscita non c'e' questo problema?
Ho configurato i server STUN e vedo che sono correttamente utilizzati nei log, le porte che utilizzo sono la 5060 in TCP ed UDP, lil range che va da 8000 a 8010 per il flusso esterno e 7000-7010 per quello interno.
Ovviamente le porte 8000-8010 sono state correttamente nattate e forwardate nel router.
Secondo voi che problema potrebbe essere?

mi viene in mente ad esempio una banda inadeguata o cmq

Che router utilizzi ? Il problema potrebbe risidere proprio nel router. Mi da l'elenco completo delle porte che hai nattato verso il PC con 3cx ?
La persona che chiami ti sente correttamente oppure hai problemi anche con l'audio in uscita ?

Allora il mio router è un Cisco 2611, le porte nattate verso il server 3CX sono la 5060 UDP e TCP, la 3478 in UDP ed il range 8000-8010 in UDP.
Il problema è presente solo in ingresso e MAI in uscita. Qunado ricevo una chiamata, chi mi chiama mi sente bene.
Faccio presente che prima utilizzavo liberailvoip e funzionava bene, nessun problema di sorta sia in uscita che in entrata.
Ho provato a stoppare i servizi di 3CX ed ho eseguito un firewall test che vi allego, ma non c'e' niente che non va :

che telefoni ip utilizzi ? che provider voip ? quale eventuale gateway ? il problema è presente anche con il client software 3cx ? Il firewall sembra essere ok quindi il problema sta altrove.

Dunque utilizzo un IP301 della Eutelia ed un Aladino Voip Ethernet riconfigurato ma il problema è presente sia con uno che con l'altro.
Ieri sera ho effettuato un test voip (visualware) ed è risultato un QoS variabile da 7% al 79% e quindi il problema potrebbe essere che il server dove gira 3CX non ha la rete ottimizzata per il broadband (uso Windows Server 2003 enterprise SENZA service packs).
 
bhe la cosa più semplice mi sembra quella di procedere all'aggiornamento con l'SP2 a questo punto....
