cisco 7912

Buongiorno a tutti; vorre fare delle prove con il software 3cx ed ho due telefoni un linksys spa ed un cisco 7912. Il cisco mi hanno detto che devo fare aggiornamento firmware per usalo con 3cx e sip. Chi può aiutarmi su come fare ?
