qualcuno ha già provato ad usare i cordless panasonic TGP500B001 con il 3cx ?? Ho quqlche problemino sul trasferimento di chiamata dai telefoni fissi Grandstream GXP2000 ...di fatto non trasferisce a cade la chiamata.
Specifico meglio:
Ricevo una chiamata sun un GXP2000 e devo passarla al cordless; metto in attesa la linea 1 sul GXP2000, selezione la linea 2, contatto il cordless, parlo con l'operatore e quando premo trasfer + line1 di fatto faccio cadere la linea.
Un altra anomalia riscontrata è che se parlo tra fisso e cordless e dal fisso metto in HOLD, sul cordless non sento la musica di attesa. Se metto in attesa invece dal cordless la musica viene sentita dal fisso.
Mi date cortesemente una mano??
