firewall check - Error (13)

Salve,
ho installato il centalino dietro un Firewall NAT, alla verifica il 3CX mi restituisce un messaggio di errore 13.
Di seguito posto il log.

Mi aiutate a capire cosa significa e come risolverlo.

L'installazione è su un IP pubblico.
Ho lotatto anche io per parecchio tempo.

Tuttoggi ho lo stesso msg di errore ma il PBX funziona correttamente.

1. inserisci nell'impostazione del provider Voip ->Impostazioni di registrazione->IP Specificato = tuo ip pubblicoorta (5060 o 5061)
2. Assicurati che il router sia impostato su FULL Cone NAT
3. Apri le porte necessarie come da manuale.

immagino te l'abbia già fatto,
cmq verifica di aver correttamente aperto le porte 9000-9015

a parte l'errore che problemi hai sul centralino?
riesci a chiamare/ricevere?
cosa non va?

a me il testo firewall da un errore simile

ma non ho alcun problema ne in invio ne in ricezione delle chiamate.
