Gigaset N870 IP Pro - How to force the use of Local Phonebook instead the 3CX Phonebook

Hi,

There is a manner to force the use of the DECT local handset Phonebook instead the 3CX central Phonebook?

I have the DECT correctly provisioned via a SBC and all works perfectly, but customer tells me that wants to use the local Phonebook stored on each handset.

I see that the provisioning link provided by 3CX, force the use of company Phonebook:



On the DECT web intercace there is an option on each dect handset to force the use of local Phonebook, but every day, that option is recovered by the reprovision I think.

l'unica è modificare il file di provisioning o bloccare l'autoprovisioning completamente, ma non so darti assistenza su questo, mi spiace

Mi sapresti dire dove trovo il file di provisioning per Gigaset su 3cx? Perchè per Gigaset, non trovo nulla.



Devo forse cercare nel file system del centralino?

sì, nelle cartelle di seguito:

Windows

C:\ProgramData\3CX\Instance1\Data\Http\Templates\


o su linux in

/var/lib/3cxpbx/Instance1/Data/Http/Templates/

considera che ogni eventuale modifica del template originale mette il telefono fuori supporto.
In caso di una qualunque anomalia, dovrai rivolgerti al supporto del vendor
