Grandstream GXP-1625 - too many failed authentications

Hello. I have a hosted 3CX PBX and successfully connected several Fanvil phones.

I have a Grandstram GXP-1625, and I tried to connect, but even though the PBX has made the provisioning of the phone, my IP is blacklisted due to "The IP xxx.xxx.xxx.123 has been blacklisted for 86400 sec. (Expires at: 2024/01/21 18:28:26). Reason: Too many failed authentications!".

The PBX automatically supplies the username/password.

What am I doing wrong?

(The phone firmware is 1.0.7.13)

stai usando un SBC/telefono router o stai facendo il provisioning diretto via STUN?

Magicamente, avendo forse avuto la domenica per riposare, il GXP1625 ha accettato i parametri ed ha iniziato a funzionare... mistero della fede :|
