Iformazione linea esterna GSM

Buon Giorno,
Ho fatto un piccolo server con 3CX e 10 telefoni Grandstream, al server ho installato un modem USB GSM/UMTS
posso usalo come linea esterna? e se si come?

No. serve un gateway Gsm. Ti consiglio un Portech 370 o 372 (eventualmente in versione 3G UMTS se desideri utilizzare sim H3G).
