Patton 4112 2FXO: busy

Salve,
il problema è riassunto in oggetto sul patton 4112 FXO con due linee analogiche Telecom (una per la voce ed una per Fax).
In entrata il routing funziona correttamente, in uscita no…
o meglio alcune volte (molto raramente) le chiamate escono correttamente, purtroppo la maggior parte delle volte risulta occupato.
Questo l'errore segnalato:

Devi adattare i toni e rivedere la configurazione generata per il Patton e aggiustare i tempi di attesa prima della composizione. Molto probabilmente si tratta di una linea PSTN emulata e non di una linea standard telecom. Considera anche l'aggiornamento del firmware dell'apparato e del template che stai utilizzando.

Ciao, grazie per la risposta.
ho la versione 12 del 3cx. Patton firmware aggiornato alla 6.7 (l'ultima uscita a gennaio) così come il template. Ho dato due secondi di attesa prima della composizione come trovato su altri post. Precedentemente sulle linee voip e isdn non ho mai riscontrato problemi ma su questa linea proprio non va. questo l'export del patton.
