Buongiorno a tutti,
vi giro la risposta della FANVIL al Ticket che gli abbiamo aperto a seguito del problema segnalato:
"Hi Andrea,
Thank you for contacting Fanvil Support.
To answer your initial question: Yes, the Fanvil V64 is still fully supported to act as a 3CX SBC (Router Phone).
I noticed you mentioned using firmware version 2.12.21.32 as recommended by 3CX. However, our latest official firmware release for the V64 is version **2.12.24.11**. As a standard troubleshooting procedure, and to rule out any bugs that have already been resolved in our newest releases, we need to test the behavior on this latest version.
Please perform the following steps:
1. Upgrade at least one of your V64 test phones to our latest firmware version: 2.12.24.11.
2. Test the 3CX SBC functionality on this updated phone within your 3CX v20.0 Update 9 environment.
If the audio drops, key delays, and SIP errors persist after the upgrade, please help us gather the following diagnostic files from that specific phone immediately after reproducing the issue:
1. **PCAP trace:** Start the network capture from the phone's web interface, replicate the issue, and then stop and export the file.
2. **Syslog:** Ensure the system log level is set to "Debug" (Level 7) before reproducing the issue, then export the log file.
3. **Configuration File:** Export the current configuration file (.txt or .tar) from the phone's web interface.
These files will allow our engineering team to analyze the SIP tunnel and determine the root cause of the interoperability issue with the new 3CX update."
