Problema chiamate in uscita

Buongiorno,
sto utilizzando il centralino 3cx da almeno 1 mese.
Fino a ieri tutto funzionava perfettamente.
Oggi riesco a ricevere telefonate ( interne ed esterne ), e ad effettuare telefonate ( telefoni interni ), ma non riesco a chiamare nessuno, da nessun interno, verso l'esterno ( linea fissa o cellulare ).

Nel log del server visualizzo :

Call or Registration to XXXXXXXXXXX@(Ln.10000@Patton_4552) has failed. [ V4 192.168.3.9:5060 UDP target domain=unspecified mFlowKey=764 ] replied: 500 Internal Server Error; from IP:192.168.3.9:5060

192.168.3.9 è l'indirizzo del Patton 4552
Pero' se entro sul Patton 4552 mi apre la schermata di configurazione e tutto "sembra" nella normalità.

Se servono altri dati, posso fornirli senza problemi.
Dove devo sbattere la testa?

non è che ne xxxxxxxxxxxxx che mandi verso fuori hai anche lo zero per impegno linea del 3cx ?

grazie per il tempo dedicato.
il numero di telefono che viene composto, è quello diretto prefisso+num.telefono, non c'e' uno 0 di impegno linea.
E' un problema che mi si sta presentando solo da questa mattina.
Ho paura a modificare la configurazione del Patton, perchè non vorrei che si incasinasse tutto...
