Problema Patton 4112 FXO

Salve, ho installato un Patton 4112 FXO per integrare 2 numerazioni telecom sul centralino 3CX, ho aggiornato il Patton ed ho importato la configurazione creata dal centralino 3CX ma quando provo a chiamare dai telefoni ho un segnale di occupata e non si avvia nessuna chiamata.
Qualcuno sa darmi una mano, ho letto tutto quello che ho trovato sul Patton nel forum ma nulla è stato d'aiuto.
